I just bought a indoor HDTV digital antenna for my HDTV. I have several non-HD Tvs. I’m think to use a splitter to split the cable to my non-HD TVs. The question is does the digital signals can be inputted to those analogue TVs? My antenna supports 50dB. IF I split the cable, will the quality become very bad? Thank you.
Thank you all for the help!! Thanks!

In most cases the only difference between digital antennas and analog antennas is the sticker on the box.
As for splitters, you will see a number on the splitter usually just above each ouput. Thats how much loss you have. A 2-way splitter will have a 3.5 above each output, that means you lose 3.5 dB from the split. So if you have multiple splits you can get alot of loss. Its better to get a bigger splitter, i.e. one 4-way instead of a bunch of 2-ways to create the same thing.
Be sure to ground the splitter, thats what that little screw on the side is for.

First of all, there is No Such Thing as an indoor HDTV antenna!!!
If you paid more than $50. for it bring it back and buy their $20. version. It will probably work as good or better than the “DIGITAL HDTV” model you bought. The 50dB number you mentioned is meaningless since even the best OUTDOOR antenna with all those elements can’t provide the gain you mentioned.
Finally, assuming you have crystal clear reception ,you can use splitters to feed your other TVs. It makes no difference if they are Hi-Def or not.
